- All plans (excluding the Drop-in Plan) require a separate registration fee, equivalent of one month's worth of the chosen plan.
- The Private Office Plan requires a deposit, equivalent of one month's worth of fee at time of moving in.
- Rent, common area usage fees, reception staff, utilities (electricity and water), internet, drink are included in plan prices.
